Trouble Logging In?

Features of our website, like our shopping cart and customer account logins, can only function when your computer is set to accept third party cookies.  If you are having trouble logging into our website, setting up an account, or placing an order, you may need to reconfigure your browser.

If you are not comfortable reconfiguring your browser, please call us directly at (630) 451-0101 to place an order over the phone.  You may also open our website in Google Chrome; we have found that this browser works the best without reconfiguring settings.  You can download Google Chrome for free by clicking here.

These simple steps below will help you reconfigure your chosen browser:


  1. Click Safari in the menu bar.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click the Privacy panel.
  4. For the option Block cookies and other website data, select Never.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click the cog menu cog-wheel.png in the upper right of the window.
  2. Click Internet Options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. Click and drag the slider in the Settings section to the bottom, to Accept All Cookies.
  5. Click OK.


  1. Click the Chrome menu in the upper right of the window.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings.
  4. Open Content settings.
  5. Ensure the option Allow local data to be set (recommended) is selected.
  6. Ensure the checkbox labelled Block third-party cookies and site data is unchecked.


  1. Click the Firefox menu.
  2. Open the Options window.Click the Privacy panel.
    • If you are using Windows, click Options.
    • If you are using Mac OS, click Preferences.
  3. Click the Privacy panel.
  4. In the History section, select Firefox will: Remember history.
